Kelly Fontoura

DOJ Accredited Representative

Kelly Fontoura has been residing in New York City since 1999, when she arrived in the United States as an immigrant in search of new opportunities. With a background in Liberal Arts, she has had a diverse career path that includes roles as an English teacher, translator, interpreter, and paralegal. In June 2024, Kelly received accreditation from the Department of Justice (DOJ) to represent foreign nationals before the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)…

WHO WE ARE

Imigra Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2022 and recognized by the Department of Justice (DOJ) in 2024 to provide competent legal representation in immigration matters for low-income individuals, promoting effective and efficient administration of justice.

We are committed to expanding access to legal immigration services, participating in policy making, and community organizing. Most of the individuals who come to Imigra Foundation are low-income, non-citizen immigrants from Brazil, South America, and Central America.

The IMIGRA Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to assist immigrants in their integration into American society.
