Our immigration services benefit from the generosity of pro bono lawyers and the work of a Department of Justice (DOJ) Accredited Representative, who oversees our team’s work to ensure the highest level of commitment, ethics, and quality. The Imigra Foundation is a non-profit organization, recognized and accredited by the DOJ, offering services at affordable rates for everyone. We also align our initiatives with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), actively contributing to the 2030 Agenda and promoting inclusion, social justice, and opportunities for immigrant communities.

Our Services

Green Card by Job Offer (EB-3)

Comprehensive assistance in obtaining a Green Card through employment, including all stages of the labor and immigration process.

Green Card by Family Member (Adjustment of Status and Consular Process)

Assistance with family-based processes for permanent residency, both for those adjusting their status in the U.S. and for those completing the consular process abroad. SDGs: Strengthen family unity and social inclusion.

Preparation and Representation in Immigration Interviews

Certified translation of documents required for immigration and legal processes. SDGs: Remove language barriers and expand access to rights.

VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)

Support for immigrant victims of domestic violence to apply for legal protection and the right to residency. SDG: Promotes gender equality and protection against violence.

SIJS (Special Immigrant Juvenile Status)

Advisory services for children and adolescents in vulnerable situations seeking permanent residency through SIJS. SDG: Protects the rights of children and adolescents.

Waivers (Immigration Pardons)

Guidance and preparation of waiver requests for specific immigration violations that prevent the regularization of status. SDG: Promotes equitable access to regularization and legal inclusion.

Preparation of Affidavits

Assistance in drafting sworn statements for various types of immigration and legal processes. SDGs: Strengthens transparency and access to justice.

Divorce
